Shipping
We offer free shipping on all Soilux orders
across Australia..
Orders are dispatched from our Perth
warehouse. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details
by email where available.
Warehouse Pickup
Customers can also choose to collect their
order from our Perth warehouse.
If you select pickup at checkout, we will
contact you when your order is ready to collect and provide the collection
details.
Returns
We offer 30-day returns from the date you
receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and unused
We are unable to accept returns for used
machines unless the product is faulty.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, customers are
responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Returned items must be packed securely and
sent back in suitable protective packaging. We recommend using a tracked
shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in
transit.
Faulty Products
If your Soilux product is faulty, please
contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the
issue and any relevant photos or videos.
We will assess the issue and advise the next steps.
Your Rights
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the issue. The ACCC states that consumers are entitled to a remedy when consumer guarantees are not met.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us with:
• Your order number
• Your name and contact details
• The reason for the return
• Photos or videos if the item is faulty
Once your return request has been reviewed,
we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us.
